I’ve ordered these boots three times becuase I love the style and they are comfortable but they only last about 4-6 months with regular use. If I had the money I’d invest in a more solid pair that doesn’t need to be replaced. The sole separates from the bottom after some wear.

I like this boot I like the way it looks and I like the color of it. I wear an 8 1/5 and bought size 9 because of reviews and even with my thick boot socks it's a little looser than I would have liked. I would stick to your shoe size.

It’s hard to find a boot for less than $50, but these look like it. The faux leather is very thin and plastic looking, it does not have the sheen or deep color dimension or texture like the photos show. They are fairly comfortable so far, the sole has a nice cushion, and true to size if maybe slightly narrow in the toe and heel. They’re ok, but just cheaper looking than I wanted, more like a $25 pair of shoes from a strip mall store.

Comfortable and true to size boots. Will buy again.After I reported that the boots that I originally received were defective (the heel was hollow) the Vendor sent me a new pair. Very pleased with their quick response.

I’m a true size 8 and these boots feel BIG. Rather than drop down a half size, I opted to wear thicker socks which works for my cold feet.

I really love these boots. They fit my wide feet. I had foot surgery years ago and have trouble finding shoes that fit. They are also extremely comfortable. I don’t know if I just got a weird one or what but I noticed the other day that one of the soles is halfway torn off. Not sure I want to buy a pair every 6 months….Update: After posting my review the company reached out to me. They not only refunded my money but also sent a new pair of boots for free. Great customer service!

I had a pair of boots similar to these I absolutely loved for years. I finally needed to replace them. I live in the south so they only get used a month out of a year when I travel north. These boots just came and I absolutely love them. Very good fit and comfortable.

The shoe is very comfortable. I like the way it looks with jeans or slacks. The side zipper makes the shoe even easier to put on and take off.

I bought this shoe for my mother for work. This is the only type of shoe she likes to wear since she’s always on her feet and it supports the arch. One of the pairs started to detach by the toes and since she wore them for work, I didn’t know if I could return them or exchange them! But I emailed the customer service and they were amazing! I wear these boots to work every day. My job is tough on my feet, and these boots are fantastic! They are supportive, but also lightweight. This is the second pair that I have purchased.

Nice bootie, comfortable but could use a little more arch support. True fit to size. I wear a size 7 US, but always order 1/2 larger in boots. Fits nice with socks.

In the interim, Customer Service contacted me IMMEDIATELY after my original post. They went above and beyond to rectify the issue. These were so pretty but sadly I had to return them since my professor said it had to be 100 percent leather for our sculpture class since we are working with metal. But if she did approve I would’ve kept them. 😊

I needed a new pair of every day black, flat, side zip up boots and.THESE ARE PERFECT! I wear them at least 4 times a week to work with leggings. The moment I put them on I knew they would be my go-to boot for Fall/Winter. They have really good trends on the bottom as well. I wear an 8.5, I ordered an 8.5 and they fit perfectly!
