Nice belt with a good and strong elastic. However, it is very small. I usually wear size 6 in clothes. First I ordered a medium and it was very small. Because it is beautiful, I ordered XL. It seems tight this time, but not as strong as average. Unfortunately I am sending both back.

I like the straps on mid-rise dresses, not high ones. So my normal size was too small/uncomfortably tight - even around my waist. I would suggest going up a size or two if you don't like the feel of a corset. I like it when it's a size bigger than my usual.

The belt is just amazing, just like the picture and fits very well. Unfortunately my daughter is sending back the dress it was supposed to go with (the outfit just didn't work out the way she wanted) so we don't need the belt. But it's great if you want to look "French" or make a bold statement.

Over time I have bought 6 of these belts. (pink, white, silver, green/blue, dark blue, etc.). They are well done. This belt is wide but does not roll. I wanted a turquoise less green than the one I had and ordered a belt made by others. It's not well made and looks cheap. I love these belts. I think they run a bit small.

I bought a very good flannel vest on sale from a very good company but it came with a cheap sash. I figured if I added a wide belt it would look a lot better. I stumbled across this one, which comes in a variety of colors. I chose the camel color which I think would go perfectly with the vest and fits. I thought it was darker green, I found that it was actually gold is as written in the description. I just didn't read it. Ordered a taupe too. What I got was a fairly shiny dark gold on the greener end of the spectrum. It's still very nice so I'll keep it. Both are exactly as in the picture except the gold is actually gold when I look at it the taupe is not shiny or light not as rich as I would like but more of a dark pastel brown that fades to pink Tends towards the end of the spectrum.
