The cable is long and it's amazing. While installation was easy, we had trouble holding the camera at an oblique angle. We had to use sticky putty at the end to create some friction so the mount could be tightened to hold it in place. Otherwise, the long cable alone makes for very good quality. Everything has been working great for a few months.

Not that it's the company's fault. But what I thought my dog would never eat, he actually ate. He used 26 of the 30+ nails that come with this set, which I didn't need. So this is a warning to all dog owners who can literally get this product, keep in a SEALED container out of their reach. $2800 later and my dog's long recovery. Take that as a lesson.

Extremely thin. You'd better buy an official camera mount from Wyze. Due to the construction, the bracket cannot be screwed to the camera base. Instead, you have to screw the camera to the base and then lock it in place with the dial. In fact, the hand doesn't tighten as it should. Good reviews bother me. I got it working but I'm definitely considering returning it and getting an official Wyze mount that looks a lot sturdier for a lower price.

When they advertised 360 degrees I thought it meant the number of angles you can position the camera at. The camera is too heavy for a bent hand. I have a camera on a tall plant shelf and was hoping it would be tilted down at a 45-60 degree angle. no fixed degree allows the mount to rotate the camera at any angle other than 90 degrees, like a wall mount, and straight up and down when mounted on a shelf. I found that the mount is not very stable. You can tighten it to your liking, but the pivot bolt has enough play that a light breeze will move the camera. I've had better mounts from China on ebay for much heavier cameras. The long cable is nice and works well. The wall mount knobs are a bit large for the cord and make it very easy to pull the cord through if you need more slack. Not great when it comes to holding your wire nice and tight.
