The child got tired of it very quickly

Our one-year-old child got tired of it very quickly, the balls don't close very easily and/or they close too tightly and the child cannot pull them individually.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • So-so

Great concept, bad design

Great idea. My granddaughter loves balls, I bought them for a plane trip to entertain my 12 month old. I didn't even take it with me on a trip. Very difficult! Won't close and strings are too short. Disappointment!

Toddler gets fed up after a few minutes

The concept of this ball is good and I love that I can actually take the Matryoshka toy with me without worrying about losing the pieces , since they are all connected. However, my little one found this toy interesting for the whole 5 minutes or so and hasn't played with it since.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Expensive

Matryoshka don't get lost

Spectacular toy. The textures on each level are so interesting to my boy but he doesn't try to take them apart or rearrange them over and over again. It makes a lot of noise so I wouldn't take it somewhere quieter, but I would definitely take it on a trip, especially since I don't have to worry about losing any of the inner balls as they are all tied with string. .

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Negative is available

Not as attention grabbing as I was hoping

It's really hard. I was afraid that the baby's fingers would get caught between the two parts of the ball set. It opens easily as if rolling on the floor. I do not recommend them in place of regular toys. Oball toys have been our family favorites for years and I thought this cute toy would be a crowd puller but it's often overlooked. I do not recommend this toy for little ones.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Annoying

I wanted to love but no.

This is a well made, durable toy, the colors draw my child's attention and the patterns make it a tactile toy. It's also difficult to play with because all the balls attached to it make it heavy. My child loves nest toys and I wanted to love this toy as much as all the other Fat Brain toys we have but I am disappointed and my child is frustrated when trying to play with this toy. I can cut the string connecting each ball to make it easier for my child to play with.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Good but not great
