We have copper accents in out kitchen, so I was immediately drawn to this. We have used French Presses for many years, and have quite a collection of brands and sizes. I gave this one to my husband for Christmas. We were both surprised and puzzled when he read the accompanying paperwork and realized that the glass insert was glued in! Why? Ridiculous. It is beautiful, yes, but most certainly "designed" by someone who has never used one. We are very disappointed.

I love this cute and tough little coffee maker. It's for about 2 cups per fill and it would be ideal for camping but very effective for other uses as well. I use it for normal coffee using since it comes with 2 filters and you can also add your own filter in it for a finer tone. You will not be disappointed. It comes with a great handle and the glass is not fragile so it won't break easily. Overall a great product and made with quality!

Works perfectly for one cup of Coffee, the first delivery I had to return due to a crack in the glass, but it was taken care of quickly, and the replacement product works great.

It lasted me about 5 months before the glass carafe broke upon setting it down on the counter. The worst part is that there are no replacement carafes that are sold in this size anywhere on the internet. Save your money and invest in a higher quality french press.

This is the perfect size to moderate my one cup of coffee per day limit. If you desire more than a single cup you'll want to get a larger size.

Ordered for my hubby because I broke his last coffee maker which was 16 oz and glass. I thought this one was also glass but it's that hard plastic. 12oz is rather small. Ordered due to good reviews. Was going to return it but he said he would use it. Pretty design, the plunger is solid. Just wish it was 16oz.

The glass is not suitable for the function of a coffee press. I’ve had it for four months, but I’ve only used it four times. Of course, it cracked after the return window closed. It was inexpensive at under $20.00, so the lesson is this: GET A BETTER COFFEE PRESS. ᕙ(⇀‸↼)ᕗ

It is the perfect size for 2 reasonable sized cups of my fav coffee. Love the stylish cage. It also protects it from my iron skillet wielding husband :) Last French Press was inadvertently mashed by a well meaning husband.

The good: it works well and filters the grounds nicely (I used Crio Bru, but it would be the same for coarse ground coffee). It's small and easy to clean. The not so good? Well, I knew it was small since it said 12 oz. But the 12 oz is only if you fill it up to the spout without the plunger and without grounds! So it is really only 10 oz max. That was acceptable to me, just understand before you order. Also, the circular wire wrapped around the plunger base was too long and had almost a half…

I love french press coffee. This attractive little french press is just the right size for my afternoon coffee at my desk. Comes with extra screens. Recommended.

Handle is great, easy to pick up without slipping. I love the flat press piece! Super easy to clean, and just the right size for one cup (but not big enough for a mug) of coffee!

After 2 weeks the beaker cracked all the way down while I was washing it. Replaced it with a double insulated French press.UPDATED REVIEW The seller contacted me and replaced it for free immediately. I will use this for loose leaf tea now, I already have a double insulated press for coffee. It is still really thin glass that you have to preheat with hot tap water BEFORE adding boiling water. Their customer service was great so I added stars.

Beautiful design and good quality but not made quite right. Plunger does not go all the way to the bottom to press grounds.

I liked the design and price of this little french press coffee maker. I bought it in August but didn't take it out of the box until January. So. about 2 months in and already it's leaking from the bottom. Made a mess of my counter. And now it's too late to get a refund. Don't buy.

I got this for my mother as a gift, and she loves it. She says it makes excellent coffee, and is easy to use and clean. The coffee can have sediment when using a coarser grind!

I have always wanted a French press coffee maker, and this little one is the perfect starter! It's SO easy to use, and 100% better to be able to have a cup of fresh coffee in just a few minutes. It's extremely easy to clean as well, and it comes with extra filters that are aluminum, I believe, so you don't need to have. new filter every time! A lot more reasonable than a coffee maker that uses paper filters!

First of all- it's tiny. The amount of coffee it makes doesn't even fill my coffee cup. But that's not even the worst part. You have to fill it with hot tap water before filling it with boiling water so that it won't break. REALLY? Come on now. Big waste of a few bucks.

I am not a heavy coffee drinker but I do enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning. The french press makes an excellent cup of coffee without waste and a lot of heavy clean up. You can also cold brew if that's your preference.

Reasonably built and handsome design, the 12oz is compact and just the right size for a lungo for two. Consider the larger size if you want more than a couple of short pours. The replacement filters should come in handy as the screening on my previous French press warped with age and began to let grounds through.
