Glass is too thin, great customer service
After 2 weeks the beaker cracked all the way down while I was washing it. Replaced it with a double insulated French press.UPDATED REVIEW The seller contacted me and replaced it for free immediately. I will use this for loose leaf tea now, I already have a double insulated press for coffee. It is still really thin glass that you have to preheat with hot tap water BEFORE adding boiling water. Their customer service was great so I added stars.
