Great pillow, especially for the price! It was comfortable and most importantly, it held its shape. The filling is comfortable and does not clog in corners. And while it's quite soft, it looks great and completely fills the pillowcase. A+

They arrived vacuum packed in another vacuum bag in another bag in the box. Needless to say this does not look at all like the photo of the item I purchased. I purchased a different size pillow form from another company - and they were just as nice and fluffy as the photo (immediately after removing them from the vacuum pack). Great replacement for sofa cushions. It's finished in matte white, but you can fully customize it to get what you want. I find this very helpful when watching TV and need back support but not a pillow to lean on. Just a little more. I put it behind my back and there's sweet sweet relief. Opening is also interesting as it comes in a vacuum pack. The full form takes a day or two, this is expected. In general there are no complaints. Looks well made and holds up well for me!
