Very bad quality! the best in paracord

Don't waste your money! Very poor quality, very easy to twist and tangle! Spend a few dollars more and get a higher quality paracord!

This particular order won't burn like others or melt properly

Our kids ages 9 and 12 use this cord to make zippers and key rings. This particular order doesn't burn like the others and doesn't melt properly. Not sure what the difference is, but it seemed different than what we previously ordered.

    Cheap, low quality thread

Pretty lousy excuse for paracord. The thin bond melts much faster than the core, making the solder look awful. Arrived in a crumpled heap of chaos that took 30 minutes to straighten out and by morning it was a mess again. Not smooth enough to tie and tuck properly. It will do the job but if you want higher quality go elsewhere.

    Check entire length before cutting

After cutting the 100 foot cord into 5, 10, 20 and 50 foot lengths, as I tied each length I found several cable error. I don't intend to use it to maintain my body weight. Next time I order paracord, I'll run my hands through the entire length to check for imperfections and trim the length to remove imperfections. I've attached a picture of the worst bug that happened to be on my 20ft section.

    Pros
    • Easy to use
    Cons
    • No instructions

    DO NOT BUY UNREAL £550

DO NOT BUY. NOT REAL 550 pounds. I regret buying from this seller because I thought I saved a few bucks. Got to use it today, cut it open for my own quality control and found the inner strands look super crazy. I don't even know what you would call this rope. definitely not a stock 550. I'm in the process of speaking to Revane about a refund as I just opened it up and realized it was a SUPER FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Questionable mil-spec, but pretty good for the price

If it's mil-spec, it's a mil-spec marriage. As others have noted, mine has a tear in the outer fabric and the inner threads are sticking out like mushrooms. It's somewhere in the middle. The quality is about what you would expect for a low price. It has worked satisfactorily for the purpose I bought it for so I will not be asking for a refund. Even throwing away the remaining 60 feet it was a worthwhile purchase for the job it did. It's a beautiful bright orange color. Another buyer said they…

Garbage! Extremely poor quality and wrong description.

UPDATE: Compared to other more expensive cables of the same spec, I felt the need to up my rating. This cable is not unusually thin compared to other brands, it seems that the type I compared it to in my original review was a real exception. At the same time, you get what you pay for. Don't expect a particularly strong cable, or one that won't fray after a few uses. If you need a cheap (value for money) cable, this is fine. Even though it's a 7 strand paracord it's very tight, it's doubtful…

    • Absolutely amazing!

    • I have no negative feelings about it, it's ok

Mil-Spec questionable but pretty good considering the price
