Definitely misled by the rating, it just doesn't work,

I mostly rely on the previous review before making a purchase but this time they are definitely misleading me. First, it's not nearly $50, more like $10-15, it's just a piece of quilted fabric with some foam. Second, it doesn't really work. The fabric is too tight and cannot stay in place. A piece of foam attached perpendicular to the fabric is very soft and has no inherent structural integrity. So it just rolls up and slips between the mattresses. Bottom Line - Don't waste your money. This product works but needs a few extras

There were big doubts at the beginning, but after a few months everything works much better than I expected. Bought a California double bed last summer and absolutely hated the gap between the beds. I came across a video of this gap filler and decided to give it a try but with a little modification. Instead of a strap to hold the beds together, I simply used a mattress pad that wasn't too thick but would help reduce the "bulge" that the filler creates when it's in place. I then attached…

Husband Tried It - Bedding

If you were to use this on a 'demo' bed it would be perfect but don't expect it to stay in place once you lay on it. My husband bought it to help me. I fight our fork king all the time as we have little kids who like to sneak into our bed at night and I always end up in a hole.
