I have used this to spray hydrogen peroxide to help with my sinusitis and fall/winter bronchitis before it happens. I've used filtered well water and hydrogen peroxide with no problems. Just make sure the nozzle is attached properly and has a good seal and isn't leaking. I take it apart after each use and let it dry.
