LOW QUALITY! MIRROR!

I bought it as a gift and sent it to my girlfriend who lost her father. She just let me know the letters were missing! She didn't want to tell me, and I certainly didn't think I needed to open it and look through it before sending it to her. So disappointed! When I found out I can't even ask for a refund.
