Helpful but hot. in Medical Supplies and Equipment

Although they help relieve carpal tunnel syndrome, they burn me at night. They are neoprene and very hot. They are a bit difficult to put on the first time. I thought it had guides for the straps to go through but it doesn't. And the metal strut will slip out if you're not careful.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Obsolete Model

Gave me an allergic reaction

This product is causing me a very severe allergic reaction. A rash appeared on all skin areas that came into contact with the product. I've never had a reaction like this. After research, it turned out that this was due to an inferior active ingredient in the neoprene. Much luck.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • High Price

causes severe skin rash

I have worn bracelets on my wrist for many years. They had a strange smell and caused skin rashes. I'm not allergic to anything other than weed and bee venom, so if they're not made of that, it's not an allergy! The thumb holes were very small and very uncomfortable. Don't buy them.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Expensive

Worked well for a while

Initially these gloves worked very well. They slowly (during the last 3-4 months) started flowering. The velcro stopped sticking and came loose with the slightest movement. I can't wear them anymore and will buy more but from a different brand. These gloves didn't even last 9 months. Disappointing.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

They work, but I'd splurge on a better fit.

I bought these when I lost my more expensive rigid support brace and they work but I'm not thrilled with them. They will be handed over. The thumb holes are small and I have small hands so most people may need to modify them so the edge doesn't cut into the skin. The top strap slips off and the metal bar that secures the wrist slips off too easily.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • It's okay

Not what I expected

The first thing that struck me was the chemical smell, it's impossible to wear it without the smell giving you a headache. I have to wash it to see if the smell goes away. Second, the thumb hole is snug, it feels like there is an elastic band around it blocking blood flow. You have to cut to make more. Eventually, the metal bar keeps slipping out. Need some sewing

Pros
  • Medical items and equipment
Cons
  • Only available in black

Incision awkwardly placed = too high in palm

Metal splint too high in palm to hold something comfortably. I bought it for my husband to use while gaming but he could barely use the mouse as the hoop covered his entire palm. I don't think it's a sizing issue because it makes perfect use of my two old S/M braces: >Houseables Wrist Brace (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0787T885B/) and >BraceUP®. Wrist Support (https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B06XK6KNKQ/)]

Pros
  • Arm, hand and finger rests
Cons
  • Wrinkled

Odor! on Hand and wrist wraps

These wraps have helped my carpel tunnel a lot but I have to mention the smell. I couldn't use it for the first few days because of the smell. I washed them in the washing machine, then soaked them in baking soda, then soaked them in lemon soap. They still smelled so bad of gasoline and chemicals. I'm not normally sensitive to smells, but the smell was still overwhelming! I wrapped them in fabric softener and left them in a ziplock bag overnight. The last attempt was to spray when my husband's…

  • Hand and wrist wraps

  • I will add later
