Great for acupressure foot massage

I was a bit skeptical about how comfortable this foot massager would be based on what I read in other people's comments. But it's easy to vary the pressure by laying the mat on a rug or floor and putting on your socks first until you get used to the feel. I use it 3 times a day for 5 minutes each time and it's perfect for me. I'll increase the time a bit when I get used to it. Do ALL pressure points at once!

In the past, you had to roll the ball under your foot for a long time to get to the pressure points. It does them all at once and to a much better degree. Had to stand on it in socks for over 2 weeks, then for short barefoot stops, now I'm barefoot all the time. I love it! It's addictive and I think my body feels better about it and I want to keep going. I dig it when I'm watching TV or checking email, playing games on my phone. Okay I was skeptical until it solved my ankle problems

I was very skeptical about this disc. I actually bought this for my husband (he has numbness in his legs from a dislocated disc in his back). He finds it very difficult to walk because his feet are very sensitive. My ankle was swollen after rolling it. I went to the doctor and got a cortisone shot and the swelling went down.
