Perfect for computers and accessories

Just what I needed as my Corsair 650D has 3 front USB ports with external connections as this case came out before motherboard connectors came out became standard. It's perfect for my needs and the speed is great.

Pros
  • It's got it
Cons
  • Reliability

Works as described in Computers and Accessories

When I assembled my personal system, the standard for USB3.0 ports was not yet defined. The case manufacturer (Antec) placed the USB3.0 connector on the front of the case as a simple USB3 extension cable that goes from the back of the case to the motherboard. The case is an Antec Lanboy Air (yellow). rear connector and make the installation cleaner.

Pros
  • Positive only
Cons
  • Fits

Works well. Durable cables.

Bought to fit a couple of flash drives in a server case. Please note that this adapter has quite thick and strong cables, so the connector on the motherboard can be easily damaged if bent too much. I strongly recommend attaching the cables to the case in such a way that they don't bend excessively.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Who doesn't wish for two more USB ports?

Two more USB ports that I didn't have before. Pretty cool. I should have done that earlier. It doesn't snap or jam. It's just a connector on the motherboard. It's not the product's fault, but be careful not to pull it out as it's very difficult to get back in to put it back. Well made product. Sufficient length but not excessive. Nice heavy cable. Decent connections. No questions.

Pros
  • Well built
Cons
  • No

wrong cable in description

I needed a short cable for my SFF build so I ordered this one because it said 20cm, the cable I received wasn't what the description said and 30 cm long. It's too long for what I need

Pros
  • Multiple competitors
Cons
  • Security

USB 3.0 connector defective!

I had to unplug everything from my computer because I kept having problems with it not broadcasting when I tried to unplug the cable, it took my USB 3.0 port with it. Buyers beware, it probably works, but once it's in you'll never take it off.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • boring packaging

Worked great - USB cable

Worked great with no issues or driver issues with Windows 10 - it was just recognized right away. Used on an Acer desktop motherboard (which is pretty straightforward). Plug it into the M/B USB 3.0 port, then plug in the USB 3.0 to SATA cable to add another SATA port to Acer motherboard. Everything worked perfectly.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Speed
