New filters were delivered almost next day. I have never been able to find filters for my Shark Navigator Professional locally. My old filters were so old and dirty even though I washed them twice. I hated vacuuming because of the smell (like very dirty socks). Now with new filters - no more smell. Now if I could find someone to push the vacuum cleaner for me. ;>)

We really like the suction power of this shark. We have two large dogs and that really gets the dog hair off our oriental rugs. But the width is a bit narrow, so it needs more passes than our old vacuum cleaner. On the other hand, this vacuum is much lighter and easier to control, so the extra hits aren't that bad. I recommend Shark, but be aware that it's a bit narrower than what you're used to.

I didn't have to pay the price on the Hai website for original filters so I decided to try them to see how well they perform compared to the original brand. I liked that this size fit perfectly and arrived as described in the description. I have found that my vacuum is not as powerful as the ones that came with the vacuum. However, I think they work quite well for the price, I will be buying more of these in the future

I originally ordered this product for my Shark Navigator's original filters. The reason I felt the original filters needed to be replaced was because the vacuum cleaner started to smell as I was using it. We have two small dogs and five children so there is a lot of dirt in this house. At first these new filters seem to fit my vacuum, but after turning the vacuum on and using it for about 5 minutes the smell is even worse than before. . Received this in about a week. It replaces the foam and felt filters (beneath the canister) as well as the filter behind the "grid" up front. I didn't even think of this filter as it's kind of hidden on the front of the vacuum, but as I was vacuuming I noticed something that almost looked like smoke but was actually coming from a dust storm - not good. I removed the grille, pulled out the dirty dust filter, and dust/dirt literally pours out! The local service center could have ordered it, but…
