simple hammer. I got this for the office as a replacement for one that I had borrowed but never returned. I think if my work was based on a hammer I would like a better hammer. but my work is not a professional hammer. However, this hammer drives a nail into the wall to hang a poster, painting or any other project that needs hammering in from time to time.

I wanted a little sledgehammer and a little hammer with claws for driving stakes into my EZ. The hammer claw easily pulls them out of the ground. Good small size to fit in a betting bag. It might not be what you need for hard work, but it's exactly what I need for it. I'm older and have rather small hands so this was perfect.

I needed a small electric storage box hammer to hammer the plastic romex wire clips. A full size hammer would not fit in my Milwaukee packout box. It's heavy enough to give it some punch. It fits well in my rather large hands and has a soft feel. UPDATE: I used a hammer today (5/9/19) and it worked great on cable clamps.

I have no idea why they asked me how many stars to give the Gifts category, but here they are: 5 stars. I accidentally gave it to my daughter. Right in front of the goal I said to myself: "This is a hammer. He hammers things." And you know what? I was right! He does it voluntarily. Of course, as long as you've got the heavy metal part of what you want to hit. He doesn't wash dishes or cut cats' claws, but he does punch with a hammer.
