Very helpful team and quality platform software

The ability to integrate other applications into our system has been great! They have created an API that allows us access from any application we choose (even custom ones). I would like more flexibility for customization of reports, but it works well enough as-is at this point in development/deployment stage - they are very responsive though when you do need help or guidance along those lines :) Also love how intuitive their reporting interface can be without needing technical expertise. This software has been very useful for our business, it helped us to understand who are our customers and what they like or dislike about our products. The support team of this program was also great! They were always there when we needed them. Nothing so far that I can think of.
