Very good, easy program with excellent customer service

The best thing about this software was its ease of use. I had no problem understanding it at all. It's also very customizable which makes it easier to manage your project in terms of time and resources. There are some things i don't like though such as the fact that you can only create one character per level but there could be a way for multiple characters or even NPCs to appear in a single scene.
