I love that there are so many different types of accounts you can open with them, from IRAs to Roths! The customer service has been good in my experience but not great at times as well. It's definitely worth looking into if your current provider isn't doing what it takes when managing investments. I like that they have many different options to choose from when it comes time make your own plan, whether its through their website or by phone with one of there customer service reps! Its not always easy getting people in my area interested which makes this app helpful as well because others can use them too without having me try everything first!!
