To be honest this is a pretty case. It has a sleep and wake mode, but the pen holder has trouble handling a pen with a silicone case, and the side of the case that holds the iPad is a bit loose... I'm not sure the case is like that keeps the iPad safe. Due to the fall and their place, the elastic section of the pen will break very soon. Also doesn't stay folded to hold an iPad for viewing....

I liked how light it is, but for a $1400 device it doesn't offer enough protection. I have an iPad Pro 12.9 inch with a Zugu case and a Zagg screen protector. If you're investing that much money in a device, why not invest a little more to protect it? You get what you pay for. This case will not automatically wake up your iPad like my Zugu cases do. Would I buy it again? If I was desperate and this was left over on the market, then yes. If I had another choice, no.

The case fits well and looks nice but the 'valve' doesn't lay flat when folded back. Also, the magnets are very weak, so the stand doesn't work well when folded, it just slides.

I love the design of this iPad case. I had one for my old iPad and when I got the new one I was so happy to find one just like it. However, the quality of these new ones is not very good. The layers (lid and felt protective film) peel off after just a month of brief use. My old one lived 4 years and never separated. I know it's not expensive but it should still last more than a month.

This is the second iPad case I've bought from this company. The first was two years ago. This should tell you how well made they are. I use the iPad every day, two years of wear and tear is a lot. I like that the cover looks like a school exercise book. People are always surprised when they see that this really is my iPad.
