This binding is ok but could use a few improvements. The stand is useless unless the tablet is placed on a very hard surface. Glued vinyl outer was crumpled when received. No big deal - I didn't buy it for looks. It started to fall apart 6-8 weeks after purchase. First I found some small pieces of metal on the floor of my office and finally realized that they were the magnets from this suitcase. It cracked around them and they fell out. UPDATE - About 1 month. I've been using this case for about a month and first impressions have only improved. The lid is durable and provides adequate protection. I used this lid in place of another lid I originally bought (the lighter Fintie lid). I was able to stow the S2 in my backpack and felt it was adequately protected when flying. It weighs a little, but with such a light device it's hard to miss. It's a good case and I've had no trouble triggering the home button, even when I purposely held it on that end to see if it worked.
