Glued vinyl outer was crumpled when received. No big deal - I didn't buy it for looks. It started to fall apart 6-8 weeks after purchase. First I found some small pieces of metal on the floor of my office and finally realized that they were the magnets from this suitcase. It cracked around them and they fell out. It's on a tablet that's only in my house and only used by me - on the couch and in bed - and treated with great care. For now the case still works, but I wouldn't recommend buying it, especially if it's going to be used harder than kid gloves.
