Still the best.

I use this thread all the time for beadwork, I'm so glad it came out with satin black color, no more dirty fingers if you don't want to go back to smoke color, now you can Black color Get Satin 4.6 or 8 lbs. I've used very long beading needles and haven't had any issues with thread breakage. Definitely worth buying.

Pros
  • Arts, Crafts and Sewing
Cons
  • High Price

Great product - doesn't smudge on fingers

This product is great for beadwork, holds knots well and is a pleasure to work with. Black satin is also the correct name. It's slippery, doesn't stick or bind as tightly as the crystal version. With the smoky option, my fingers get gray-black marks when I use the product, but this beaded thread comes out perfectly clean.

Pros
  • Beading and Jewelery Making
Cons
  • Not as thick as others
