Will not be returning to Beadalon Wildfire. Always

Now I'm addicted to FireLine (not Beadalon Wildfire). Wow, best quality! And that at a thickness of 0.006! This is the ideal thickness for peyote weaving projects that use 15/0 beads. Pearls don't break anymore! Make sure your scissors are as sharp as possible to cut this beaded thread. It's durable and you won't get a clean cut with lower quality scissors.

Pros
  • Quantity: 1 spool
Cons
  • So far so good

INCREDIBLY STRONG!

This material is incredibly strong (you can't break it with your hands!) and almost invisible. I use it to thread glass beads into an outdoor lawn sculpture. water, and I suspect it will last almost forever unless it's susceptible to ultraviolet radiation. Can't beat the price. I have a lot more than I've ever used, but I'm sure I'll be able to think of many uses such as stringing beads and tying things together. For the jack of all trades or handyman this is a good item to have.

Pros
  • Prewaxed Beadwork Thread
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

I am new to jewelry making and have experimented with many different products. I bought silk threads, nylon threads, various kinds of transparent materials, wire, beads, glue, etc. I have invested about $1,000 in products this year alone. I may not be a jewelry wizard yet, but I'll find out what works and what doesn't. Now I love FireLine for making Chan Luu style bracelets! The thread is almost the same diameter as a human hair and due to its size it goes well with darker leather cords. I…
