Spacious document case

I was pleasantly surprised at how many documents are in this file. It was more than large enough to hold passports, car documents, documents, birth certificates and more. For obvious reasons I did not check the fire resistance of the hull. Keep in mind that the lock is only there to keep nosy family members or roommates from seeing what's inside. Any thief could simply cut open the case with a knife. And the manual doesn't fully explain how to get the lock working. I found out how by checking…

Suitable for peace of mind

It's well built, mine didn't have a single loose stitch and it feels sturdy; he probably could have survived if abandoned. It's also economical in terms of space inside, I could fit A LOT in here. It only closes with a zip and velcro, but I quickly tested the waterproofing by blasting water at it from every angle and there wasn't a drop in it. Basically fireproof bag

A good sized bag that can hold quite a lot of items. I've carried the lighter in various places in the bag and it's actually immune to small flames. There was smoke from the heat (so it's not heat resistant), but the flames left no trace. Mostly flame retardant as the nylon used for trim and handles/shoulder straps will burn. It appears that the content remains safe. Velcro and zippers are used to protect the contents. I don't think this will stop all the water from getting in, but should work…
