This belt was exactly what I was looking for. It goes perfectly with my security work uniform. Sturdy, thick performance leather that I can clip a walkie-talkie into while retaining its shape.

This is NOT 1 3/4 inch wide. It's more like 1 1/2 inches. The quality doesn't matter either. I sent it back quickly as I have no doubt it will wear out and break quickly. This is the "cheapest" belt in this category for a reason. You get what you pay for.

I've worn this belt about a dozen times, the keeper has broken off and the belt has ripped in several places. The buckle is made from cheap stamped thin metal and is definitely not a service strap. I'll throw it away with peace of mind knowing no livestock were harmed in the making of this belt. If I paid $6 for this belt I would still be dissatisfied.
