disappointment is best in stools

I was looking forward to this article. The hinge was broken upon arrival. Tiny nails fell out to hold him up. I can't believe anyone could build furniture with 3mm nails and expect it to last. The velvet material is lovely and it's a shame the manufacturer doesn't take pride in how they put the piece together. The hardware on this one is a joke. I sent it back for a replacement. Hopefully the new one works if it doesn't come back. Update: I returned the broken part and they sent me another one…

Nice. Difficult. Deep. Ideal.

What a find! I can't believe this thing cost less than $100. It is very beautiful and looks so expensive. It's heavy, so it took me a while to get it out of the box. (Well packed in a very thick cardboard box.) Assemble? I just had to screw on the legs. BUT as others have warned.
