For quilting, sewing, knitting. Crochet

I wanted a pair of small scissors with very sharp blades and very rounded tips. Nothing for kindergarten children. I sew a lot and cut threads. Sharp ends can damage my sewing. People who knit or crochet should also like these scissors as they are strong enough to cut yarn/cord without interfering with their work.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • A little torn

Not just for kids

Matches the sewing kit perfectly. I have made beds of needles for family and friends. Wanted to add extras that don't cost a fortune. I added a pocket but didn't want to worry about the tip of the scissors going through the material. Tried these hoping they would still be sharp enough to cut. They are. Even one of my sisters commented on how well they cut their hair.

and it works fine.

I bought this for my 2 year old. I got light blue. She is learning how to cut with these scissors and the book Let's Cut Paper! (Kumon Getting Started Workbooks).” As long as it works for them. Cuts very well; this. If you were to cut the wrapping paper, it would probably cut through without opening/closing the scissors. I've also tried cutting paper with my left hand and it works fine. = Update 2/18/2016 = We haven't used it for a while but my daughter is 3 now and started using scissors in…

Pros
  • High test results for hold and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Perfect size!

I love these little scissors! I carry them in my purse. The reason I buy them is because sometimes when I go shopping I buy a candy bar and most of the time it's really difficult to open the package. Now I get out my little scissors and cut off the end. It's also good when you're at the grocery store. You have tomatoes on the bush - there are usually 5-6 of them. i only want two Any attempt to break the tomato vine? It's very difficult to do. Now I just cut what I want. They are good for many…

Easy to use for children, suitable for adults

I bought these for my four year old grandson. This was the third scissors I tried on him and it helped him enjoy the scissors. Its ergonomic design gently guides his hand into position. The bottom loop of the handle of these scissors is quite large. This allows my grandson to use all of his fingers to control the scissors. This is of great importance for a young child who has not trained enough to develop the strength of the muscles needed to move the scissors and is still developing fine motor

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • old
