Fiskars Crafts RazorEdge Fabric Shears Review

I bought two pairs of these, one for me and one for my mum, the pair worked smoothly, cut easily and was light enough to cut multiple shapes of fabric without hand and finger fatigue. BUT the pair I gave my mom is awful, you have to constantly unscrew the screw in the middle because they are very tight and difficult to open. Being so tight will result in cutting of fabric, severe hand fatigue and thumb pain. I love the pair I have but moms are terrible

Bought these when they were on sale looking for some scissors to use for sewing only! In terms of quality, they are definitely okay. Nicely cut cotton fabrics. I am simply deducting my score because the pens are very large, too large for my admittedly very small hands. I can't open them very wide and have to make a lot of cuts to compensate. I got mine back by cutting out a piece of fabric. For a person with small hands, this is terrible. A fabric cutting product should have smaller handles.
