Fiskars Gingher Knife Craft Scissors Review

I bought these scissors for my wife who knits. She asked for good scissors and based on the reviews and the cost I figured it should be "good scissors". she loves them When we first got her and used the scissors she used and these side by side you could definitely tell the difference. These just cut better.

I recently lost my 20 year old Gingher tailor's glasses and was lost without them. I really couldn't tell from the photo if they even remotely matched what I had lost, especially since my lost ones had pens painted black. Was so happy when they arrived and were just what I was missing. They are lightweight and super sharp. I have never made a mistake when buying Gingher scissors. worth your money.

These are great scissors! I bought these because I was given a pair of gingerbread sewing scissors and I loved the way they cut. I needed shorter craft blades and was glad to find them. They cut through and are very accurate! I cut some ugly old vinyl off a chair to repackage, no problem. Similarly, I tried to cut through the 2 inch high density foam I used with them and they went through it like clockwork! Very impressed and will be buying all my scissors from Ginger in the future!

I know used scissors when I see them. The one I received was loose in the package and the package didn't have the black box on the left as shown in the photos. I could live with both of those facts if I didn't look closely at the metal and it looked greasy. But not greasy because someone didn't clean up after greasing the seams at the factory, rather the surface didn't shine because of greasy human fingers and someone (obviously not a perfectionist - who you should at least try to cheats on if…
