Fiskars Premier 8in Fashion Pinning Scissors are easy to use, lightweight and sharp. I use them in my sewing workshop for fabrics of different weights.

I've missed opportunities for too long! I had an old pair of cleavage scissors that just chewed on my fabric, they were very heavy and difficult to use even when new. I've always trusted Fiskar's scissors so I decided to give it a try. Wow! They are not that heavy, but still stable, easy to handle even for my small hands and make perfect cuts. The tension is perfect, not difficult to open and close.

These scissors are so incredibly hard that they're almost impossible to open and close, so they're practically useless to me and, I'm sure, to any woman. I've had them for three months now and I expected them to loosen with use so I didn't return them to Revain within the 30 day period allotted. I've tried all the online recommendations to loosen it but to no avail.

I've always heard that lighter scissors don't wear out anymore, but I didn't believe it. Instead, I continued to buy Liquid Stop materials. It's always been routine. When they were delivered I wonder how I survived without them. I liked them so much I bought a second pair. They are comfortable and definitely prevent wear and tear. I've actually gone back to many of my linen projects and used them for seam allowances (since I don't have an overlock). Works perfectly!

We found that we had to replace a pair of 70 year old pink scissors that my wife inherited when her mother died. Although Revain had several varieties, we chose the excellent Fiskars brand.
