Slippery handle works best with paring knives

It's sharp, but the handle is coated with the same non-stick material as the blade. I cut myself twice trying to catch it as it flew out of my hand. Maybe I should send it with sandpaper.

Great Buy - Paring Knife

I needed a replacement for a boning knife that I accidentally bent. It was a great replacement. The entire knife is made of metal. What I didn't read in the description. But I'm satisfied because it's very sharp for slicing chicken wings and degreasing cuts of beef.

Small but nice!

What a wonderful little knife. I've used it on lemons so far and yes it's not a problem, but for me it's more like slicing butter. I have to admit that the pen can probably get slippery when wet, but I try not to use wet or damp hands when cutting food, ham steaks (for beans), and other culinary adventures.
