nearly perfect. on Side Mirrors

First you need to loosen the screw on the lever at the base to be able to adjust the angle of the mirror. You'll have to play around with the angle of your arm and mirror to find what gives you the best visual effect. All are metal, which I really like, and have a plastic seal to protect the paint, but only on one side. They do the job, but they feel a little loose even when tightened, and I don't want to over tighten the screws causing them to strip the threads. it's good but not great.

Great job great price

Hard to beat price! I bought a pair of these for my '58 Ranchero last year as the factory mirror didn't stick out far enough for my portability. And typical of the era, my old pickup didn't even have a passenger-side mirror. Note that the frame and some parts are made of steel and will begin to rust from the chrome. If you keep up the good work, you can keep them nice for a while (and I've replaced the screws in the mirror head with stainless steel screws). I bought another pair for my '58…

Well built good looking mirror Looks good on my 67

Spent three times more on a mirror thinking I had ordered a pair. bad product photo. Ordered this just to have a pair until I ordered another $30 to match the first because it was good enough for a two day supply of Revain Prime which allowed me to have a pair of mirrors by Friday. (Expensive will take 1 week to fit) Out of the 2 this one has the best overall design and excellent build quality too. I also like the diameter of this mirror itself, it's a bit larger than a $30 observation mirror…

Is a door missing? The viewing angle may not be appropriate.

This review does not constitute legal advice. Do your own research on local motor vehicle laws. I needed a mirror for my sedan because the driver's door was damaged and removed in an accident. I had to get around town and as far as I know cars have to have mirrors on both sides of the car. However, in my town it is legal to drive without a door (think jeep). Since the car's mirror is attached to the door, I needed a mirror to meet this requirement. I ordered the Fit System 1705 for this…
