a piece of rubbish - broke after 6 months

The same weak point, broke at the same point where the band sticks to the Fitbit. Very bad building material. Too bad about Fitbit!

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • A lot

Broke quickly, no support from Fitbit

My bracelet broke less than four months after purchase and Fitbit's warranty has expired. Their customer service department explained to me that they only support items purchased through their online store. It appears to have been a genuine, licensed Fitbit product, but I guess that doesn't matter.

Pros
  • Lots of good vibes
Cons
  • old

Best replacement strap

My original Alta strap broke and I needed a replacement. I did a little research because I didn't want to take another break. I didn't want to buy someone else's brand because a lot of people said they didn't last long. This group is amazing! So much better than the original. The first was constantly loosened, and this one is more convenient to adjust. Maybe you need to buy more colors!

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Not sure

Ideal! Worth the money for the quality and durability.

I received the Alta HR in black and chose a different color. All non-genuine brands tend to crack or fade colors in less than a month (judging by photos and reviews). So I went for a blue and gray strap and I liked it. It's perfect and durable. Annnnn now I'm buying coral! 😋😍 Worth the money for the quality and durability.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Negative gift

The band does not stay on after some use.

I love the Fitbit and the strap but the strap keeps falling off. This is my second band on Fitbit and it does the same thing (the last one was ordered from Revain on May 18, 2018. At $28 each it's not worth it. I may try a cheaper brand to see if it's better Luckily I haven't lost the Fitbit but it's scratched from falling on the floor when the strap suddenly pops out.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Appearance

Not worth the money

The clasps that attach to the Fitbit loosen over time, stinging your skin and coming off. I bought this group in February and it already needs to be replaced. Took 7 months! That's all?! I had the same issue with the strap that came with my Fitbit. However, bracelets from other manufacturers last longer? Very disappointing! The only plus is the strap that holds the end of the strap so the other doesn't stretch. I wish I could get my money back.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Good fit and genuine FITBIT

I was happy to get one of the latest Fitbit straps for my Alta HR Find. Note that this product is being phased out but mine isn't that old yet so I really need bands that will work well over the long term. I have ordered non brand straps in the past and many of them have been cute but short lived like this product and my original strap has lasted a long time. I find it a bit difficult to find the right wrist size, sometimes swells etc. but overall a comfortable product.

Pros
  • Rain, sweat and water resistant so you can worry less about your tracker and more focus on your goals
Cons
  • Some bugs

The belt connectors broke after 9 months of use.

This belt has been great for 9 months. Until the plastic plugs broke. I am so disappointed in the Fitbit wristbands. I bought a Fitbit Alta HR because I had 2 Fitbit charge trackers and the bands on both swelled and eventually broke. I figured the tracker would last longer with a spare strip. That was it, but now I have to buy a new bracelet every 6-9 months. I wish there was a quality product that lasted.

Pros
  • Minimum and maximum circumference ranges from 140 to 170 millimeters
Cons
  • A few little things
