I ordered x-small because I have a small bone structure. It fits perfectly. The inner shell is lightweight and highly breathable. I love that I can adjust the 3 velcro straps to my comfort level. I bought this brace to stabilize my wrist and allow the carpal tunnel to heal. It offers good support but I'm not sure if it's the best fit for my wrist. I'm a woman, I have a very small wrist with large hands, so while this brace fits my hand and thumb well, it doesn't seem to fully enclose my wrist for the support I need.
