Very little bounce when running which is great! However, I have yet to learn how to insert and remove bottles while running at a decent pace! Maybe just practice! I took this one because it had a clip, not velcro! I am very happy that I now understand that I think it will hold up much better!

I love this strap. At first I thought it would move too much, but I had no issues with slippage. I just wish the bag was a little bigger so I could carry a little more. But for my phone (iPhone 6s) it's fine, well, a few minor things. Bottle size is good although they are difficult to open while walking and if I leave them open they pour out when full.

This hydration belt is one of the best I have ever used. When I carry a bag on my back it doesn't move or wobble and actually seems to support my back. Carrying it on my back makes it a little harder for me to reach the bottles, but the entire strap slips slightly when I move it forward to get to the bottles or bag. I'm short so taller people with longer arms probably won't have this problem.

I originally ordered this belt for 10 ounces. Bottles to have enough e-juice to combat hydration issues in the summer, but on one run I found that one of the bottles had faulty guards (the lid didn't close properly) and was leaking like crazy.
