A must have if you wear crampons at all that use these parts. They wear out very quickly but are easy to install and have saved me several times this past winter.

They snapped easily and I think the metal is good quality so I'd give them a decent rating. There were four pieces of metal in the package that were not attached to the bolt, and the package was 4 pieces shorter.
