Not sure if it should be included, but mine came with a bottom bracket kit that costs about $28 and the Mistica sites are trying to get you to buy it. I'm still building my bike so can't comment on the fit and comfort but it has good cushioning and the lack of a long nose will certainly help with the aero position.

This is a great saddle for me. You sit on your sit bones, which is different, but I got used to it quickly. I do a triathlon where I sit on my aero bars for 30-60 minutes. My old regular saddle restricted blood flow, but this completely solves this problem. I also use and love the saddle on rides where I'm on hoods, on top or occasionally in drops. Looks good, hasn't worn off after a month of regular use. The upper is sticky, which prevents slipping.

I really like this saddle. I was struggling with some pain and tenderness after a vasectomy and this saddle relieved it immediately. I've tried many saddles to get some relief but to no avail.
