First delivery, one of the spark plugs didn't work so sent a replacement request. The replacement came as quickly as possible and I have 4 great quality working spark plugs. 5 stars from me. The company is also open to quick communication if you have a problem with an order.

At a recent party that used real candles, our cat suddenly jumped onto the table, knocked over the candle and burned his tail. We were right there, but it could have been a disaster. Since then I have tried several LED cones. Some of the previous ones didn't look like real candles even when they weren't lit. They have a real cone shape and the "flame" is warm. I used them at a baby shower I threw and everyone approved of them. I wish they were a little lighter, but I still like them.

I ordered this kit for stairwell window sills some of which are not available daily. These candles are perfect as I can turn them on and off remotely and the 4 and 8 o'clock countdown feature is an added bonus. The batteries are coming! All I had to do was put in the batteries, put them in the candle holders and you were done. They look a bit crappy so I wouldn't intentionally place them where they can be seen up close. Really good product. Everything works as expected, so I'm happy with that, but it doesn't get as bright as I was personally interested in. It has multiple brightness settings and I believe it will appeal to buyers interested in using it as a night light or ambient background light. I tried to find an alternative to the glamorous lights for my antique dressing table by using these electric candles in the vintage wall sconces on either side of the dressing table, but I don't think they would do…

I really like these candles they look very nice The remote control is amazing I don't have a timer so I'm not sure if it works well or not but it is such a very nice looking fireplace surround. I've tried more expensive spark plugs which actually look more realistic but honestly the price difference makes them a lot better if you need to replace them later, they're priced enough to do so. With more expensive candles, that's really not an option, which is why I bought them in the first place…
