In general I liked the chair until the handle broke. I contacted Flash Furniture customer service and was told they would send me a new arm. Great, isn't it? NO. Now almost 3 weeks later I still have not received a hand and my emails and calls are not coming back.

Ideal as an additional office chair. They're in our alternative studios and they're doing great work. We particularly liked the high backrests where you could rest. The armrests are good and the chair is light and easy to move. We bought one and ended up ordering a second one. Couldn't believe the value for money. Highly recommended.

I would recommend this product to those who only use it occasionally maybe a couple of times a week. If you use it 40 hours a week, you'll need a new one in 6 months or less. The material wears out and things start to fall apart with heavy use. Looks great, works well, height adjustable and tiltable. But then again, I would have spent a little more if this was the chair I used for full-time work. With moderate use I see this chair last 2-3 years.

Basically a great chair at a good price. It reclines quite well, which is hard to find in a cheap chair. Here's the key: Although the backrest measures just 26 inches, it has a "protruding headrest." I'm 6'1" and the headrest touches the underside of my shoulder blades. My wife is 5ft 4in and it doesn't come down to her neck. I've had many office chairs at this price and always bought them locally to test the comfort. First time at Revain and this chair has no cushions and creaks with every movement.
