We love this chair. It's soft skin but firm grip. It's like a marshmallow wrapping around your body, but the firmness is great.

Based on the good reviews, I bought this chair as a gift for my husband's home office. It looked great, but since it weighs over 110 pounds, it lacks support at the base of the chair back. I expect the rear end to come loose at any moment. If he sits down on a chair, the backrest automatically leans back. When he unlocks the base to recline, his head almost touches the ground. Look elsewhere for a quality chair.

We bought this chair after reading the reviews and testing it at an office supply store. Everything was fine at first, but the chair broke after only six months of use. I'm a small woman, 5ft 2in and a modest weight, so my frame shouldn't have been an issue for the durability of the chair. However, the backrest has failed beyond repair and must now be replaced. elsewhere for an office chair.

The base and temples look like polished metal but are actually plastic. The position of the seat in relation to the backrest is a lot more sloping than I would like, so most of the time I lean forward with no back support to reach the keyboard. One good thing is the height - I'm 6ft 2in and my feet don't touch the ground when it's all the way up. If I could, I would look for a different chair.

Don't buy this chair. The weight you place on the back of the chair is shifted by two individual screws screwed into the plywood at the bottom of the chair. The first time I sat back, I heard screws snap the plywood underneath. After leaning back further, the back leaned back toward the floor. The screws are completely ripped out of the bottom of the chair. Assembled the chair correctly, obviously a design flaw. Other reviewers also noted this shortcoming.

I bought this chair from Revain because it looked like the ones I'd seen in stores. I usually only buy a chair after I have tested it. This came disassembled and was easy to assemble. It seems very well made, my problem is that no matter how I tighten the screws it still makes noise when I sit in a chair or put weight on the armrests. I wrote to the seller and received no reply. I still like the chair as it is very comfortable and very beautiful. I just want the company to support their product
