So I never read the comments until recently. Got a headboard, it was great! I started finding bumps on my skin every day and started itching more and more, checked the mattress with my mom and didn't see any bugs. There was a screw in the headboard that wouldn't screw in so I ordered a new one and read the reviews, checked the headboard after a few seconds and found bed bugs! Nesting between buttons! Around. Very upset and angry.

They are beautiful and of excellent quality. We bought a double and a full. However, I had to call customer service because we couldn't find support legs for the full headboard. It turns out that they are on the back of the headboard in the lower part of the fabric fastened with Velcro. So I learned something new and found it important to share information when you're frantically searching the crate for a support frame.

I was so scared to open the box in January 2019 that we kept it below unopened for two months. I saw the reviews after buying bed bugs so I was totally pissed. I bet these reviews are from competitors because this is the cheapest headboard line on Amazon. Especially considering one of them bought a twin. There are no bed bugs, I checked! If there really were bed bugs on a headboard, everyone would have them. Amazing quality for the price and fits our style perfectly. Love it!

Two weeks after installing this headboard we found bed bugs crawling out of the back of the headboard. A professional exterminator inspected the bedroom and was certain the headboard was the source. I took the headboard to the dumpster and professionally finished the bedroom. Lost money on the headboard plus another $300 on room service. After reading all the previous reviews about the bugs in it, I decided to open the box, it came out on the street in 30 degree temperatures to make sure they really existed So. would take them out if they were in. In fact, after about 5-10 minutes I lifted the headboard and there were a lot of little bugs crawling along the bottom of the box. I can't say exactly what these bugs were, but of course I repackaged them and sent them back. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't buy this headboard.

The headboard looks very nice and seems to be quite durable and to be honest I would give it 4/5 stars at the moment, but when i received it, part of the back was torn off. I saw the reviews about bugs after ordering and freaked out. Upon arrival, I took the headboard to the backyard and inspected for signs of bed bugs or bed bug eggs. None were found. I even went so far as to cut open the back to check the internal cracks for eggs (bed bugs tend to lay their eggs in tight corners) and didn't see anything there either.
