Super Mesh Executive Swivel Office Chair with LeatherSoft Seat - Adjustable Lumbar & Arms Review

Product arrived broken. The lumbar support adjustment knob broke off (probably when you bought it). The box it came in was badly damaged. Since I had no intention of adjusting the support, I didn't bother getting a replacement. The armrest must be tightened from time to time. Comfort is fine.

I thought I had ordered the high back version of this chair which was reflected in the price paid but I got what I think is a low back. "Unless your 5' tall. Quality. Not what I expected from a nearly $200 chair. Chair not as sturdy as it should be for a new chair. I have a 10 Replaced year old chair because it was starting to come loose and the man is starting almost as badly Love the look of the chair and will probably use it at a table that is rarely used.

I went back to Revain today to buy another one for a colleague who was asking for a recommendation so thought I'd take a minute to review it here to check. A few office chairs that I too often confine myself to for work, this one was the most comfortable and more importantly my back, neck, shoulders, wrists etc felt great. For reference, I'm 6'1". I received a different chair than the one pictured at the time of writing this review. The main differences I see are the lack of a headrest and the part above the wheels is black instead of silver. If you google the model number you can see photos of the actual chair. I contacted Revain about the missing headrest and received it in the mail the next day.
