Description of 🏭 High Temp Flexible Roof Jack Pipe Boot Metal Roofing Pipe Flashing - Made in USA

MANUFACTURER DIRECT: 100% Made in the USA by an American Workforce. Silicone Flashers are rated to service a continuous temperature range of -100 to +450 degrees Fahrenheit. Flashers’ flexible rubber won’t crack and allows for expansion, contraction, and pipe vibration. The heavy rubber fold and aluminum ring at the base allows them to fit any roof pitch or metal profile. Flashers require no special tools or complicated installation methods. The rubber cone is clearly marked with pipe dimensions, in both inches and millimeters, so it can be easily customized with tin snips or scissors. Our Flashers product line holds a Certificate of Listing with IAPMO R&T. This shows our products are in compliance with the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and International Plumbing Code (IPC).

As expected! suitable for building materials

The perfect piece for my first chimney installation in a detached ridge roof house. I highly recommend it. Don't worry about leakage. Pay for peace of mind and get it right!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Some bugs

This bad boy is huge!

The thing is huge! I can climb over the extra line and so on! I was just waiting for that bad boy to come install my wood stove. Works perfectly. Cuts easily enough and feels strong.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Excessive price

Simple high temperature barn case liner

Simple wood stove pipe installation. Cut the gasket slightly smaller than the hole you need for the pipe, put the pipe on (use water to make it slide easier), seal the bottom with high temperature sealant between trunk and roof, fasten it with hex head screws, wipe it off, wipe off excess sealant, done.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Disappear

Very clean and beautiful solution!

This was a great alternative to the roof flange and weatherproof liner for my wood stove's insulated chimney. I've already paid close to $375 for a wall pass kit plus a few sections of insulated pipe. I wasn't thrilled that I had to shell out another $200 for a roof kit. So, I stumbled upon this! Very well made and the metal ring at the base is flexible enough to fit almost any roof, ridge or whatever. Driving in a few screws after using the silicone sealant on the bottom was a breeze. The…

Quality product, poor return policy

This is a quality chimney cap that we purchased for a new triple wall stainless steel wood chimney installation. Roofers cut the metal around the pipe too far so that the base of this sheathing didn't cover the hole. I ordered the next size up and it fits perfectly. Unfortunately this company has a very high restocking fee so we were refunded about 2/3 of the price we paid. I understand it's worth sending the items back but the charge seemed excessive especially since we ordered from them again

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Difficult to say
