My daughter's ears are bleeding

I bought these earrings for my daughter for Christmas and the stud is so huge it caused her pain and bleeding. We took them off and won't wear them anymore. Insanely thick trunk!

Do not buy.

I am not satisfied. My daughter wore these earrings less than a day before the backs unscrewed and fell off on their own and the earring was gone. My other daughter wore them for a day and a half before the same thing happened and she had a lump in her ear due to an earring infection. I liked the look of the earrings and my girls liked them too, however they aren't worth the money if they get lost as the back doesn't hold up. I would love to return and get my money back but as I lost my earring
