In general, I didn't like it very much. It warms a person, but the feeling of it is not attractive. It smells too. I washed it, it helped, it usually survived the usual wash. One side is longer than the other to allow it to be wrapped around the neck, but this creates safety issues if it comes loose.

I liked the warm and fluffy hat and scarf, but I sent them back because the scarf part was too long for a short person like me. (up to 5 feet). I also had a hard time finding a suitable place to store this outside or at home without it dragging across the floor. It is very long and rounded. (You will need a place to store this hat and scarf combo).

Although this scarf is large it is good quality for the price and will keep your head and neck warm. I walk my dog no matter the weather (I live up north by the Great Lake) and this hat and scarf combo keeps me warm and comfortable. One side of the scarf is longer because you will use that side to wrap it around your neck at the back and tie off at the front. I see some posts that thought it might be a defect. No, that is not so. I recommend this product.

I was surprised that one side of the 'scarf' was longer than the other, it just seemed like wrapping it like a shawl. Otherwise, one hand warmer pocket will be about 30 cm longer than the other. I already had such combinations of scarves for hats, and the lengths of the scarves are the same, I like it more. Otherwise, it's a super soft, cute, and comfy hat, scarf, and mitten combo, just not as functional due to the unequal length of the scarf.

I love this thing. Gave five stars because it's really great. It was just what I needed to keep my head, back, and neck warm during the harsh Chicago winters. I also liked the pockets on the ends of the scarf. Like a scarf, hat and mittens all in one. The only downside is that the length of the scarf is different on each side. You only need to wrap with the long side, and you can't NOT leave it wrapped or it will almost fall off and drag on the floor. I'm tall so it's not just me. but i love it

Very, very warm. I'm moving to Minniapolis and recently used it on a trip there. I found it warm and very soft. I wanted to wear my medium lined leather jacket but this cape kept me warm and stylish. I have black with faux fur around the head. It has a very long side that you wrap around your neck so your arms are the same length, then I can put my hands in the pockets at each end. I have found that it works best when put on in front of my coat. Then cover your neck nicely.
