I like how easy it is to use, especially when sending large attachments via e-mail! The "Save Draft" feature has been my favorite so far - just click save draft if there are any issues or questions about your message before hitting send (it also helps in case of loss/destruction). It's not always intuitive at first but once figured out its great. Pros
  • Easy way yo add file uploads directly into emails that would otherwise require opening another browser window.
  • This really shows off our branding efforts!! lol :o)
Cons
  • Some older models were missing features present within modern versions such s saving completed edits while viewing previous messages

Very useful tool that keeps everything organized

The ability to send multiple attachments at once, having them in one place is very helpful! I wish there was an option for customizing how many emails are sent out per day or week instead of it being always 24 hours/day. Pros
  • Customizable search capabilities
  • Ability store large volumes (1 TB+) easily.
  • Lots Of storage space available depending upon price range you get.
  • Has been really useful recently when trying upload files over 500MB that couldnt fit into cloud services with free limit sizes
Cons
  • Some difficulties
