It's very flexible so it was difficult to lift it with liquids (ramen, cereal etc) as the bowl wanted to crush or wiggle it up when you picked it. Not ideal for camping/hiking as it's not exactly light or tough so you have to be careful to put it down/pick it up when you have something to eat. No spills, easy to clean and will keep you warm until the end.
