Complete scrap. The plastic broke on the fourth rotation of the tool. It took 30 minutes to get the remains of the instrument out of the sewer. Don't waste your money.

This tool actually made my problem worse. My slow drain sink got completely clogged after using this device. I even used 4 out of 5 disposable bottle brushes as chopsticks. While raising some of the hair, they gathered it into a more durable clog. I saw this advert on Facebook and decided to give it a try. The handle at the end of the tool works very well. It gets caught on almost every fiber it touches. My sink was badly clogged with hair.
