The best feature is that it allows for code collaboration without coding in multiple files (like GitHub does). The most useful feature is that I can share my screen with other people even if they are not in our same location/country (this works perfectly). It was initially only compatible up until Chrome 61 but it has since been fixed! This really helps when working remotely or asynchronously together - no more sharing documents via emailing links which means less hassle for you guys too because emails do get lost over time so this definitely beats uploading files every hour!! It's free! And it works really well with all my other tools like Airtable or Asana etc., so I can keep track of projects from any device without having to copy/paste into another tool every time I want to add something new. Nothing at this point - yet I think they need more features when you're using multiple people collaborating in one doc.
